As a Dutch Customer Service Agent at Google Ads, your responsibilities will be to:
Provide B2B service to small/medium sized businesses for the Dutch market
Greet customers warmly
Assist customers with questions/potential complaints via phone, email, chat.
Inform customers about other business opportunities
Provide knowledge about all Google Ad products
A signing bonus of €2.500,00 might be applicable!

You are a Dutch native speaker and have a good level in English
